USC Treater & Accessories
The MX2500 is capable of treating soybeans at a rate of up to 1800 units per hour. This integrated system including a seed meter, chemical flow meter, quick release atomizer and touch screen PLC controls makes treating seeds as easy as a simple touch of a button. Also features stainless steel construction for increased durability and easy clean out.
These treaters are the standard of the industry. Features include an electrically driven rotary driven atomizer, a 5' or 6' rotary drum for additional mixing or coating, and a state of the art mixing system that allows full coverage to the seed.
Designed to simplify calibration and improve seed flow calibration accuracy. Consists of a rotating wheel, driven by a variable speed motor, and has eight identical pockets four inches deep.
A more affordable version of the SC stainless steel unit. Equipped with a recirculation pump to keep chemical mist in suspension. Utilize a diaphragm pump or a variable speed peristaltic pump for chemical metering. Used for inoculant on the MX2500 treater. They can be hooked into the seed treater for automatic shut–off of the chemical group.
Device used to measure and display ounces per minute and total ounces. The front part of the flow meter display is a touch screen. It has the ability to “zero” out the total ounces used.
A simple way to add an extra mix tank and pump to LP treaters. It utilizes a control cable hooked to the “auto” feature on the seed treater panel to control the pump.
